Greg is a highly experienced and ambitious entrepreneur with a proven track record in scaling and leading high-growth companies. As the Co-Founder of The Founder's Collective and Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners (EMEP), he focuses on empowering innovators in the future of work and HR technology sectors to achieve their vision.
Before EMEP, Greg founded Harver (formerly Outmatch) and served as its President and CEO. Under his leadership, Harver made several strategic acquisitions across three continents, growing into one of the world’s most influential hiring technology providers.
Greg is also the co-author of The Adaptive Innovator, a book that provides a framework for navigating the complexities of scaling businesses while adapting to market demands. His approach blends deep operational expertise with a relentless drive for innovation. Greg has raised over $1 billion in capital and led several 9-figure exits, leveraging his extensive experience to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses and maximize their impact.
When Greg isn’t working with founders, he resides in Evergreen, Colorado, and Livingston, Montana, where he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, hiking, and fly fishing.
